At UPS Batteries PR, all products sold, including batteries, electrical components, and solar energy systems, are considered final sale items. Due to the nature of these products, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges once the item has been delivered.
2. Product Inspection & Acceptance
All products are delivered in person and must be inspected by the customer at the time of delivery.
By accepting the product, the customer acknowledges that:
- The product was received in good condition
- The product is complete and free of visible defects
- The customer assumes full responsibility after delivery
Once the product has been accepted, no claims for damages, returns, or refunds will be accepted.
3. No Returns / No Refunds
All sales are final.
We do not offer:
- Returns
- Refunds
- Exchanges
This policy applies to all products, including but not limited to:
- Batteries
- Inverters
- Solar equipment
- Electrical components
4. Manufacturer Warranty
All products are covered exclusively by the manufacturer’s warranty, if applicable.
UPS Batteries PR does not provide any additional warranty beyond what is offered by the manufacturer.
Customers must:
- Contact the manufacturer directly for warranty claims
- Follow the manufacturer’s procedures and requirements
5. Installation Requirements
All electrical and solar equipment must be installed by:
- Certified professionals
- Factory-authorized installers (when applicable)
Failure to comply may:
- Void the manufacturer’s warranty
- Cause equipment damage
- Create safety risks
UPS Batteries PR is not responsible for:
- Improper installation
- Misuse
- Failure to follow manufacturer guidelines
6. Limitation of Liability
UPS Batteries PR shall not be held liable for:
- Damages caused by improper installation or misuse
- Performance issues due to incorrect setup
- Indirect or consequential damages
7. Agreement to Terms
By purchasing and accepting delivery of any product, the customer agrees to all terms outlined in this policy.
